A binary acid is the hydro- with the second element with -ic. The binary molecule is where the -ate ending changes to -ic. The -ite ending changes to -ous. That is the difference.

The difference is in what the elements end with. In the binary molecule you change the ate ending into an ic ending. The ite ending is changed to ous. A binary acid is a hydro with the second element ic.

the difference btwn binary acid and a binary molecule are that a binary acid contains hydrogen and one other element. and a binary molecule is in the formula that is named first, using the entire element name.

A acid is when there is hydrogen involved and does not have a oxygen atom. It also ends in ic. A molecule is when oxygen is involved and you don't have to put hydrogen into the group.

The difference between them is that a binary acid has hydro- + the second element + ic at the end. The binary molecule has an -ate ending that changes to -c. It can also have an -ite ending and changes to -ous.
