A synthesis reaction is a chemical reaction in which two or more subtances reat to produce a single product. The reaction between iron and chlorine gas is an example of a synthesis reaction. These two elemetns combine to produce one new compound.

This is a chemical reaction in which two or more substances react to produce a single product. These substances/elements form a new compound. An example of this would be the reaction b/c iron and chlorine gas.

A chemical reaction in which two or more substances reat to produce a single product. When two elements react, the reaction is always a synthesis reaction. The reaction between iron and chlorine gas is an example of synthesis reaction.
